I visited Wahoo’s Tustin last Sat. as per my family’s usual routine (for years!) Inquired if a coupon would be needed for the Mother’s Day meal being advertised by poster in the store. Was told by cashier that no coupon would be needed; we simply only need to show up on Mother’s Day. I even asked her if she was sure, because the poster mentioned a coupon; she assured me it would not be needed. When my entire family came out to celebrate mother’s day, found that a coupon was indeed needed. Was denied! Would’ve gone somewhere else rather than have my mom treated so rudely. Now I am looking at the website and I see the employees could’ve simply printed out a coupon from the internet, or even better, just honored the agreement being that we are such regular customers. Was considerirng having Wahoo’s cater my wedding (that’s how big of fan we all are of Wahoo’s), but due to such bad service will instead change the Sat. family routine and find a new local place to grab a bite on the weekends. Too bad…
