Cucumber Calamity
1 oz. Bombay Dry Gin
3 – Thin Slices of Fresh Cucumber
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Sprite (Float)
Method:
Build in a mixer glass filled with ice and shake to bruise the cucumber slices. Pour the contents into a wine glass then stir in your sprite float. Garnish with 3 thin slices of cucumber and a lime wedge.
You don’t have to muddle the cucumber because you are bruising 3 thin slices…See picture.
